These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ReccoDesk, operated by ReccoDesk. By using the site, running a scan, or purchasing a report or subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you are using ReccoDesk on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Read this section carefully. It describes the single most important limitation of what ReccoDesk can tell you.
ReccoDesk measures the output of third party AI models at a specific moment in time. Those models are non deterministic, are updated and replaced by their providers without notice, and can return different answers to identical questions asked minutes apart. A result showing that a business was or was not recommended reflects what a model returned during that scan. It is not a permanent ranking, not a score assigned by the AI provider, and not a prediction of future results.
ReccoDesk does not control, influence, or have any relationship with the ranking or recommendation behavior of Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other provider. We make no representation that acting on our recommendations will cause a business to be recommended more often, and we do not guarantee any improvement in visibility, traffic, leads, or revenue.
Reports are informational. They are not legal, financial, marketing, or professional advice, and you are solely responsible for decisions you make based on them.
You agree to provide accurate business information when running a scan. You may only request reports for a business you own, operate, are employed by, or are otherwise authorized to research. Submitting deliberately false information degrades result accuracy and may result in termination.
The full diagnostic report is sold at the price displayed at checkout, currently 199 US dollars. The monitoring subscription is billed at the price displayed at checkout, currently 49 US dollars per month. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. We may change prices at any time. Existing subscribers receive notice before a price change takes effect.
Monitoring subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Your payment method is charged on the same day each billing cycle without further action from you.
You may cancel at any time by emailing support@reccodesk.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access through the period you already paid for and are not charged again.
A full diagnostic report requires substantial computing cost to produce, so report purchases are generally final once the report has been delivered. If a report fails to generate, is materially incomplete, or is never delivered, contact us and we will regenerate it or issue a full refund.
Monthly subscription charges are not prorated on cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

The ReccoDesk name, site, software, prompt library, scoring methodology, and report formats are our property and protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a report grants you a license to use that report for your own internal business purposes. It does not transfer ownership of our methodology, templates, or software.
You retain ownership of the business information you submit, and grant us the license necessary to process it in order to deliver the service.
The service depends on third party providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Resend. Outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or discontinuation by any of these may interrupt or alter the service. We are not liable for failures caused by third parties outside our control.
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReccoDesk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReccoDesk from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and material changes affecting active subscribers will be emailed before taking effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
